Raaida is the co-founder and CEO of SocialBaq, a venue for citizen-based co-creativity which, by designing and implementing disruptive models of education and developing innovative interventions in the city, enables the sustainability of social entrepreneurship in Barranquilla, Colombia. SocialBaq is the city’s first social business enterprise, and an exemplary model for the Caribbean region.
Creative leader of Global Youth Volunteers, a strategic initiative run by the International Association for Volunteer Effort, an organization which links over 10,000 young volunteers from around the world every year.
Mannaa is the youngest member to serve on the Board of Partners of the Americas. She was chosen by the Spanish Government as Colombian representative for the Iberoamerican Leaders Program.
She is the Founding Curator of the Barranquilla Hub of the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, and serves as Colombia’s Country Chair of Global Dignity.
